Kitchen Demolition Services
Demolishing a kitchen means carefully disabling utilities, removing cabinets, and teasing apart backsplash and sometimes flooring. Before that, we prep the room needs to prevent all the dust from coating the rest of the house.
This needs amble planning. Planning helps with finishing work on time and within budget, and it prevents accidents. Anything can happen while a room is in a gutted, destabilized state. Not only are injuries not ideal, but they increase the time and resources needed to finish the job.
But as experts, we know how to handle these things. We make planning and safety our priority.

Our team will help plan the demolition, carry out the project on time, with proper equipment, and attention to the safety of all involved. We’ll plan out the entire project and consider any unique factors that might affect the outcome.
If you have a barn that has reached the end of its structural life, the best plan is to demolish and remove any danger to yourself and your family. We know which materials and equipment we’ll need to perform a safe demolition.
Commercial demolition has many considerations, including building codes, concerns from building owners, and impact on neighboring businesses. It is the kind of project that needs to be handled effectively by someone with experience.
Like commercial demolition, interior industrial demolition brings with it many concerns for health and safety. Industrial demolition is more likely to expose materials that can be hazardous to your health, materials that need professional handling.

Do You Have a Plan in Place for Garbage?
Many do not appreciate how much garbage gutting a room can generate until they have demolition and have far more trash than they could ever dream of.
Often, demolition means renting a commercial dumpster. If you want to donate your appliances and cabinets, you will arrange for them to be picked up. All of this takes planning ahead of demolition day. The more efficient the removing of unwanted materials, the faster the kitchen can get done.

Kitchen demolition requires a methodical touch, top-tier equipment, and a professional team. We solve the demolition problem of your dream home project. And we do it fast, within budget, and safely, so you have nothing to worry about. If you have a demolition projection or around Calgary, let’s talk about it.
Yes. Turning off utilities to the kitchen is the first preparation stage for demolition. Unlike other household rooms, the kitchen has many access points to potential dangers like electricity, water, and gas.
We need to turn off the electricity at the breaker box. For water, we turn it off at the knobs under the sink. If you have gas appliances, there are usually valves behind the stove that we can turn off. To get there, we wiggle the stove far enough to reach the valve.
After we turn off the utilities, we remove the appliances. You can donate them if you intend to get new ones, but otherwise, we will move them to a location you wish to store them.
The same goes with cabinets. After you remove items from inside the cabinets, we will unscrew or pry the cabinets from the kitchen, starting with the doors and drawers. After that, you have the same considerations of either donating, trashing, or storing the cabinets until you get your kitchen back.
We take care to protect the floor from scratching by using a heavy covering. We can also block doorways and open walls by taping heavy-duty plastic tarps to prevent dust from wafting throughout the house. No one wants that.
Few surviving buildings these days have asbestos, especially at the rate that Calgary removes old buildings to make completely new ones. Most structures that do have asbestos were built before the 1980s.
Asbestos is only dangerous when it is damaged, which sets the glassy fibers into the air. If those fibers have a chance to get breathed in by someone not wearing adequate face protection, then the fibers can cause lung problems.
